Senior Retail Sales Associate

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their purchasing decisions

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of technical products, such as electronics and jewelry, to effectively communicate product features and benefits

• Utilize sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth

• Assist Store Manager with various task including but not limited to: product input and management, social media management, customer relationship management etc.

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner

• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives

• Various responsibilities as assigned by store manager.

 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in sales, beauty product sales is preferred

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport

• Demonstrated time management skills to ensure efficient use of work hours

• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture

• Ability to manage self
